Step One
The process of creating your gown is fun and exciting. Here we take a look at your figure and embrace and praise it as representing the individual that you are. Our bodies are beautiful in all of their wondrous forms, and in this process we decide where your best features may be, and design to flatter them, while perhaps playing down the areas that you may not see as your greatest assets.

You may choose to bring along pictures of gowns that you are attracted to, even if it is only parts of the gown that you like. We can take bits and pieces of different gowns, and put them together in a way that pleases you. Or you may like to start with no influence, and have the gown designed from scratch.

You can then try on the many and varied shapes and styles of blank toile's that have been created to help you to select the correct shape for you.

Once you are satisfied with your design, you can choose from a selection of fabrics, laces, and accessories that are going to bring your gown to life.

Your measurements will be taken and five to six appointments will be scheduled for an appropriate timeline to ensure that your gown is completed in time for your wedding day.

This first consultation takes around sixty to ninety minutes. < 2 of 7 > Step Two
At your first fitting, you will need to bring along the underwear that you plan to wear with your gown, so as to ensure the correct shape is constructed. You will be fitted for your toile, and it is at this stage that any necessary changes are to be made to enhance or correct the design to make sure that it is a perfect fit for you.

It is important that you are confident with the design as once we move to the next stage any changes may incur a cost.

This appointment takes approximately thirty minutes.
< 3 of 7 > Step Three
Your next fitting may be a second calico toile if there are any technical issues to be sorted out, otherwise, this will be the first time you will see your gown in the selected fabric.

Minor fitting adjustments will be made and we will discuss the placement of lace panels, beading, brooches, or any other accessories or design features that are a part of your gown.

This appointment takes approximately thirty minutes.
< 4 of 7 > Step Four
At your third fitting you will need to have your shoes as your hem length will be selected at this stage and fine adjustments will be made. You may like to try on some veils at this point, and choose a style to suit your gown.

This appointment takes approximately thirty minutes.
< 5 of 7 > Step Five
Now we will be checking out all of the finer details, making sure that your gown is looking exactly as you had imagined. The gown is now ready to be finished, that is installing the zipper or button enclosure at the latest possible time to make sure that the fit is perfect for your wedding day.

This appointment takes approximately thirty minutes.
< 6 of 7 > Step Six
The final visit is to pick up your completed wedding gown. You can take this opportunity to try on your veil, shoes and jewellery with your gown to make sure that the picture is complete.

Having your gown made for you should be a wonderful and exciting process, and it will be if I have the opportunity to help you to create your dream gown for your wedding day.

This is my promise to you.
Thankyou
